Methylexaneamine is a specified stimulant included in class S6 of the Prohibited List. This substance has led to a multitude of positive tests and sanctions globally.

Although the Anti-Doping Centre does not recommend the use of any food supplements because of the risks of contamination, we do encourage all athletes who nevertheless decide to use a supplement, to read carefully the labels, especially of energy-, concentration- or endurance-boosters and weight-loss products.
